      Mark January 22-24, 1999 on your calendars! Owlcon (Rice University) is
      back! Games aplenty with special guest L.E. Modesitt Jr., author of the
      Saga of Recluce and the Spellsong Cycle, among other things. He'll be
      speaking to promote the newest Recluce novel, Colors of Chaos, at 8:00
      p.m. on Friday, January 22. His talk will be followed by an autograph
      session.
