Harris County Community Services Dept., 9418 Jensen Dr, Houston, TX 77093

At the DRC, residents will be able to apply in person for individual assistance through FEMA’s Individuals and Households Program (IHP), which provides financial help and/or direct services to survivors, including assistance with housing and other disaster-related needs.

At the DRC, survivors can also inquire about additional non-Federal services that may be available there as well.

Survivors are not required to visit a DRC in person to apply for FEMA assistance. However, should they need in person assistance, residents can visit the DRC from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday to Monday, 7 days a week.
