would be very useful to potential Omniquidsquach investors
Even better, if you can supply us with a good link, we will want to check it
out for ourselves, but there is a very good chance we will use the link and
credit you with supplying it.
The Omniquidsquach home page at http://stuff.com/omniquid.html is very
useful and clearly deserves a listing in your encyclopedia...
Note: Comercial Sites are generally not what we are looking for. If a site
provides hard information about a topic, the fact you are trying to sell
something does not automatically eliminate its use. On the other hand, we
stongly prefer unbiased sources of information.
Your Omniquidquach page at http://stuff.com/omniquid.html that you kindly
recomended as an entry seems to consist primarly of a price list for the
Omniquidquach cohorts your company sells. As such, you page does not meet
our standards for inclusion. On the other hand, your subpage on the care and
feeding of the Omniquidquach does indeed seem useful and we are listing
this as a "See Also" entry under Omniquidquach. Thank You , we think.
The Net is constantly in flux. Letting us know when links have dissapeared
is useful in maintaining the Encyclopedia.
When I click on your Omniquidquach entry I get the following error message:

Even better, letting us know where a site has moved to saves us a ton of work.
My favorite website has moved from http://stuff.com/omniquid.html to
http://omniquid.com/foodstuffs.html. I know that you maintain many web pages,
but I am not going to tell you which of your pages you need to change because
that's just the kind of person I am.
If you can't really spend time and effort searching the web for material we
could use, but you really really want to help,
as a last resort there is always money.
Enclosed please find a check for $1,000. Please list us prominently as
having sponsored the Encyclopedia for the month of July.
If the act of writing a check is as painful for you as it is for us, helping
with money directly may not be an acceptable option. Yet another way is
relatively painless. Rather amazingly, the good people below will pay us an average of 10 cents
for each link that you click. If you click on one and it looks interesting, then take a look around. If it doesn't, back up and try the next one on the
list. Some of them are amusing, some are ghastly, and a few are really
exceptional.
We have ordered them with the ones that pay the most per click on
top, but if one half-way down the list looks more interesting, why not?
If a small fraction of people that use the encyclopdia do this it will pay our
web server expenses. If everyone who uses the encyclopedia does this, we
may take up working on the Encyclopedia full time.
One other thing, please don't keep clicking on the same entry. This does them
no good, us no good, and unless you count the health benefits of exercising
your finger, does you no good.
